The blazer is shortly sleeved with its end folded. Like all the Virtual Singers, Luka wears a school uniform, hers consisting of a black godet skirt and white button-up shirt on which a black blazer with a white border is worn. She wears golden boots tied up with a black ribbon. Her appearance is very similar to her VOCALOID2 boxart design created by KEI, who did the box art for all Crypton VOCALOID2 characters.
Luka has blue eyes and long pink hair, worn loose with an iconic strand of pink hair falling to her shoulder. Luka first appears as part of An's 2021 Birthday Live and officially joins the SEKAI in the Same Dreams, Same Colors event story. In the Street SEKAI, she's a carefree free spirit, often wandering around SEKAI to wherever interests her at the moment. She appears as part of the SEKAI in the Carnation Recollection event story. In the Empty SEKAI, Luka attempts to "break the status quo," and enjoys stirring up trouble and teasing the other VIRTUAL SINGERS. Luka appears as part of the SEKAI in the Doll Festival at the Tenma's event story. Although she often falls asleep, when someone near her appears to be sad, she becomes determined to make them smile. In the Wonderland SEKAI, she becomes a cast member of the troupe. She is gentle and playful, and possesses the talent of being able to stretch her cheeks wide.
Luka appears as part of the SEKAI in the My Color! event story. In the Stage SEKAI, she becomes an idol alongside the other VIRTUAL SINGERS. She usually plays the bass guitar, although she's proficient in all instruments. In the School SEKAI, she is Miku's senpai, and together they help the girls to reconcile. Luka and the other VIRTUAL SINGERS live in another world called SEKAI, but appear in the real world to consult people who have trouble understanding their true feelings through music.
